Sierras Andaluzas
Sierras Andaluzas S.C.A was incorporated in January 2001, with 10 founding partners and a share capital of € 6,001.01.
Currently the cooperative consists of more than 180 members-beekeepers from Andalusia and has an influence on more than 700 beekeepers throughout Andalusia, becoming the most important beekeeping cooperative in Andalusia and one of the first in Spain.
At present, the Sierras Andaluzas workforce consists of nine people, who distribute administrative tasks, advice, accounting, management, packaging, quality control, logistics, storage of goods and sale.
Currently the cooperative sells almost 1,000 tons, and of these, almost 50% are considered monofloral honey, orange blossom, eucalyptus, rosemary or lavender, to give a few examples.


n the Cooperative there is a continuous struggle to improve, proof of this is in the increased demands on our beekeepers for compliance with the established quality parameters.
Sierras Andaluzas SCA has two warehouses of about 1,700 square meters, distributed in offices, a store, a quality department, painting cleaning, a laminating machine, a packaging machine and a product warehouse.
In the quality department, analyzes of PH, color, antibiotics, pesticides or pollen analyzes of honey, pollen and wax are carried out.
Currently the position of president is assumed by José Luis Pajuelo Romero.
