ORDERS

Orders placed from the website are not considered final until the SIERRAS ANDALUZAS SCA Store Administration Department has reviewed and approved them. If necessary, the Administration Department will contact the client and make or demand the pertinent corrections.

PRICES

All prices are expressed in Euros, simultaneously indicating VAT when applicable. The VAT to be applied will be 21% on tools and machinery, 10% on food and 4% on books, magazines and videos. All shipments to Spain will be taxed with the corresponding VAT, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, where they are exempt.

In the same way, any product that is sent to the European Community CE will be taxed with the corresponding VAT, with the exception of companies that accredit the necessary requirements to apply said exemption (however the order on the website will be processed with VAT and verify the accreditation provided by the client, this correction will be applied).

The rest of exports are exempt from VAT.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

For shipments by Post it is required that the packages weigh no more than 20 kg. and do not exceed 1 meter in any of its measurements. The weights of some of our products are not yet updated so we will contact you if there is any incompatibility in your order to proceed with this type of shipment.

The shipping amount will be charged to your invoice, depending on the weight of the package. With this system, you will receive a notice from the Post Office so that you can pick up your package at the Post Office closest to your home. BEEKEEPING MACHINERY GUARANTEE

The seller undertakes to repair or replace any defect in the machinery supplied with the following limitations.

The claim must be made within 7 days after the delivery of the material.
Upon admission of the seller’s defect, the seller undertakes to repair or replace, as soon as possible, the defective elements or parts.
In any case, the displacements of the seller’s personnel to the installation point (for inspections, checks, etc.) as well as their travel and accommodation expenses will be invoiced according to the rates in force on the date they occur.
In the event that the merchandise has to return to the seller’s facilities for repair, the return or outward shipping costs are borne by the customer. If the machine had to be sent to the Factory, the round trip shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
The following are excluded from the guarantee:

Defects derived from assemblies or modifications made by the buyer.
Damages and breakdowns caused by customer transport, storage, improper use or conservation, acts of God or force majeure.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITIES

The economic responsibility of the seller, guaranteeing the merchandise sold, can never exceed the value of its supply or replacement.
The buyer is responsible for all damages caused by accidents caused by improper operation or handling of the merchandise sold, falling objects due to improper use, use or operation of the materials supplied.

ARBITRATION AND JURISDICTION
